Our primary focus is the Bukit Bintang corridor and Persiaran Stonor — areas where city accessibility, considered building stock, and walkable amenities converge. For Signature Penthouse Programme clients, we also work across the KLCC precinct and select addresses along Jalan Stonor and Ampang Park.

For the Bukit Bintang Residence Search, most clients receive a considered shortlist within two to three weeks. Lease coordination follows at the pace the tenancy requires — typically two to four weeks from shortlist to handover. The Penthouse Programme operates on a relationship timeline suited to each client's move date.

A retainer is collected at the start of each engagement, with the remainder settled at the point of lease signing. We will walk you through the payment structure during our initial conversation so there are no surprises.

A significant portion of our clients are professionals and executives relocating from overseas. The Penthouse Programme in particular includes airport reception and local orientation support. We are accustomed to conducting the majority of the search process remotely, with in-person viewings arranged around arrival dates.

Lease Coordination clients receive renewal support at no additional service fee — we approach the owner on your behalf, review proposed terms, and advise on whether the renewal represents a fair arrangement. If circumstances have changed and you wish to search again, we are here for that conversation too.

All client information is held in confidence and shared only with parties directly involved in securing your residence — typically the building management and the property owner. We comply with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and do not share information with third parties for marketing purposes.
